  3. For Welfare/Safety Officers: A degree recognized by the state government for such specialized roles is mandatory.
  4. For Office Assistants: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate (usually 55%) and computer knowledge is required.

​Age Criteria and Relaxations

​The age limit varies based on the level of the post:

  • Junior Technician: 18 to 25 years.
  • Office/Secretarial Assistant: 18 to 28 years.
  • Supervisor and Officer posts: 18 to 30 years.

​As per Government of India guidelines, upper age limit relaxations apply: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, and additional relaxations for PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and internal SPMCIL employees.

​Candidates will be selected based on their performance in a Computer Based Test (CBT).
