Eligibility Criteria

​Candidates must meet specific educational and age requirements to be considered for these positions.

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Assistant Manager (Materials Management): Candidates should possess a full-time B.E. or B.Tech degree with a minimum of 60% marks in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts): Applicants must be qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) or Management Accountants (CMA/ICWA), preferably with a background in B.Com or BBA.
  • Assistant Manager (Civil): A full-time B.E. or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering with at least 60% marks is required.

2. Age Limit (As of the application deadline)

  • ​The maximum age for general candidates is 32 years.
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation (up to 35 years).
  • PwBD Candidates: 10 years relaxation (up to 42 years).

Salary and Benefits

​Selected Assistant Managers will receive a basic monthly pay of ₹52,000. In addition to the base salary, employees are eligible for various allowances including:

  • ​Dearness Allowance (DA)
  • ​House Rent Allowance (HRA)
